I could not recommend Chun highly enough if you are interested in making breathwork and cold plunges a part of your wellbeing routine. Cold plunges are really trendy right now but Chun is the OG in Singapore - he knows his stuff, is an empathetic and expert facilitator who offers personalised guidance on how best to approach both modalities so you get the most out of them.

Chun is a fantastic instructor; he knows how to guide everyone to breathing and cold exposure in an adapted and safe way. I have done a session with adults and recently brought my 13-year-old son, who enjoyed and was enchanted with the experience. Chun showed patience, encouraged exchange and used examples and vocabulary adapted to him. Chun is passionate and loves what he does. There is no doubt about that. A few years ago only a couple of people had heard of cold exposure and of its benefits, and Chun has been the first one to share and guide me in this experience through his introduction workshop and then via the advanced program. He has been trained with Wim Hof himself but beyond that he is very good at explaining and taking us through the breathing protocols that can help one in so many ways. We did a session on Oxygen Advantage (Part 1) as an introduction to breathing techniques. Chun was a great instructor that explained the mechanics and biochemistry of breathing, followed by practical sessions and exercises. Really enjoyed the session and will likely sign up for the Part 2 after practice.
