Thank you for shopping with Homing Inn. We are committed to the quality of our products and services, and to your satisfaction. These policies outline the process for shipping, returns and replacements.


Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Homing Inn. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased through our website. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: For specific programs like the Gut Health Reset, shipping schedules (e.g., for test kits and supplements) are managed as part of the program's structure. Please refer to the program's detailed description for specific shipping timelines.

Domestic shipping (Singapore)

We offer the following options for delivery within Singapore:

  • Local Courier: A flat rate of S$5.00.

  • Free Delivery: We offer free Local Courier delivery for all orders above S$100.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive after your order has been fulfilled.

International shipping

We do ship to addresses outside of Singapore.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 7-10 business days but can vary significantly based on the destination and customs processing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Homing Inn is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (Singapore) / 21 days (Rest of World) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.


Return Policy

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

We will provide a replacement or refund for any items that are confirmed to be:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Faulty or expired upon arrival

  • The incorrect item (not what you ordered)

How to request a replacement (Singapore & Overseas)

Contact us promptly: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Provide proof: To help us assess the issue, please provide your order number and a clear image or video of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item and its packaging.

Assessment: We will review your submission. If the fault is determined to be on our part or that of our shipping partners, we will approve the replacement or refund.

Returning your item

After your replacement is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item at no cost to you. Our team will coordinate the pickup time and location with you.

Out of stock items

If your approved replacement item is out of stock, we will offer you the choice of:

  • Waiting for the new stock to arrive; or

  • Receiving a full refund for the item.

Important Conditions (Hygiene & "Change of Mind")

Hygiene & safety: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products including but not limited to Probiotics, Gut Microbiome Test Kits, or Eye Masks if the item has been opened, used, or its original seals are broken.

Change of mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" purchases. Please review your order carefully before checking out.


Service Policy

Non-refundable

All service bookings, including but not limited to sessions, workshops, and coaching, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you’re unable to attend your booked session, please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours in advance via the confirmation email you received. If it’s less than 12 hours before your session, WhatsApp us at +65 888 74874. We’ll do our best to reschedule you for a future session, subject to availability.

No-show

If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice (a "no-show"), your booking will be considered used and is not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
