Corporate Stress Management and Team Building Programmes in Singapore

Homing Inn offers corporate team-building activities in Singapore focused on stress management. Programmes include guided ice bath sessions, breathwork workshops, and nervous system regulation training for teams. Every session is experiential and hands-on: participants learn measurable techniques they can apply immediately at work and at home. Sessions run at our dedicated space at 25 Pemimpin Place, Singapore 576022, or on-site at your office or event venue.

What We Offer

People sitting cross-legged in a line, participating in a breathwork session in a lush, green outdoor setting.

Guided Ice Bath and Breathwork Sessions

Teams go through controlled cold immersion paired with breathing protocols that train the nervous system to spike under stress and return to calm. Participants measure their stress response before and after using the BOLT score (Body Oxygen Level Test), a validated breath-hold metric that reads nervous system readiness. Group sizes from 5 to 60.

Contrast Therapy and Recovery Programmes

Combining ice bath immersion with infrared sauna for teams focused on physical recovery and performance optimisation. Particularly suited to high-performance teams in finance, tech, and professional sport.

Keynote Talks and Conference Activations

30 to 45 minute talks on stress physiology, nervous system resilience, and performance under pressure. Suitable for conferences, town halls, and leadership offsites. Previous speaking engagements include Manulife, CDL, and Bosch.

Leadership Stress Management Workshops

Half-day or full-day programmes designed for leadership teams navigating high-pressure environments. Content covers the accelerator/decelerator model of the nervous system, CO2 tolerance training, and practical protocols for sleep improvement, decision-making under pressure, and emotional regulation. Delivered in partnership with XTI (Extraordinary Team Intelligence) for programmes requiring team psychology and culture development.

Session Format

Every programme is experiential. No slides-only presentations.

Participants do the work in the room: breathing exercises, cold immersion, and measurable testing of their stress response.

Standard session: 90 minutes (briefing, breathwork, ice bath, debrief).
Half-day programme: 3 to 4 hours (expanded breathwork, ice bath, contrast therapy, group coaching debrief).
Full-day programme: 6 to 8 hours (includes team psychology workshop, nervous system training and integration session with optional cold immersion). Delivered with Xtraordinary Teams Institute.

Group size: 5 to 60 participants.
Location: 25 Pemimpin Place, Singapore 576022, or on-site at your venue.

Facilitator Credentials

Chun Yih Tan profile picture

Chun Yih Tan is Singapore's first certified Wim Hof Method instructor, a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor, and a trained holotropic breathwork facilitator. He has delivered nervous system training programmes for corporate teams since 2020, working with organisations including Bosch, Morrow, Core Collective, Virgin Active, and CDL. His approach is grounded in respiratory physiology and applied neuroscience, with a focus on measurable outcomes: BOLT score, breath-hold capacity, heart rate variability, and self-reported stress markers.

For team psychology programmes, Chun partners with Jochen Lorenz, Head of Team and Culture Development and Head of Innovation Hub ASEAN at Bosch Singapore. Jochen co-facilitates the XTI (Xtraordinary Team Intelligence) leadership workshops that combine performance coaching with nervous system training.

Outcomes

Organisations that have completed Homing Inn corporate programmes report specific, measurable shifts:

Burnout prevention: Teams learn to identify when their nervous system is in chronic sympathetic overdrive (the "accelerator pressed all day" pattern) and apply breathing protocols that restore the parasympathetic recovery state within minutes.

Stress resilience: Cold immersion trains the nervous system to spike under controlled stress and return to baseline quickly. That transition speed is the definition of resilience: not the absence of stress, but the ability to recover from it fast.

Team cohesion and psychological safety: Shared physical challenge in a safe environment builds trust faster than conventional team-building activities. Teams that face difficulty together, with guidance and structure, develop a qualitatively different bond.

Decision-making under pressure: CO2 tolerance training (the BOLT score) directly correlates with cognitive clarity under load. Teams with higher BOLT scores report clearer thinking at 4pm and faster recovery from high-stakes meetings.

Sleep quality: Participants who adopt the nasal breathing and mouth-taping protocols taught in sessions report measurable improvements in sleep quality within the first week.
