Breathwork

What is it?

A guided breathwork class led by Chun, a certified and highly experienced breathwork coach.

Breathwork helps to regulate the nervous system, reduces stress, and improves focus and emotional balance. With regular practice, it builds a compounded resilience to stress. It is a great tool for calming the mind and body in daily life.

Chun is trained in a range of breathing techniques such as the Wim Hof Method™ and Oxygen Advantage™, each with unique benefits. You’ll have the option to choose which approach you’d like to explore.

What to expect

Each session begins with a moment to check in with yourself — your current physical and emotional state — and to set your intentions for the session. This allows Chun to tailor your journey through the lens of science and logic, emotions and feelings, or energy and spirituality, depending on your preferences.

Common sensations and side effects will be explained to you so you can move through the practice without surprises. You’ll have complete control over your pace, with the freedom to pause, soften, or intensify the experience at any time.

You’ll leave with heightened awareness of your body’s signals and a powerful set of tools for self-regulation and wellbeing.

Breathwork also serves as an ideal primer for ice baths should you choose to add this on.

Cold Exposure

What is it?

An ice bath session guided by Chun, a certified and highly experienced cold exposure instructor.

Taking an ice bath is a powerful way to master your body’s stress response. It is especially effective after a breathwork session.

Suitable for first-timers and advanced practitioners alike. Chun creates a safe environment for you to explore your limits, and if you wish, to overcome them.

What to expect

If you’re a beginner, we begin with a gentle exposure, such as dipping our hands into the cold water, to prep your mind for what’s to come.

Entering the cold plunge, you’ll learn exactly how to respond as your body reacts to the cold. You’ll also learn some practical movements to generate and maintain body heat pre- and post-immersion.

You have complete control over your entire experience. You decide when you’re ready to step into the cold, how deep to go and how intense you want it to be, and most importantly, you decide when your limit has been reached.

Your safety and wellbeing are paramount. Chun monitors your physical and mental state closely, and will help determine the appropriate time for you to stay in or step out. You will never be pushed beyond your body’s limit. The only exception is if you have specifically requested to be pushed for sports endurance training.

This workshop is about listening to your body and respecting its limits under expert supervision.

You’ll leave feeling calm, clear-headed, and deeply refreshed. A great night’s sleep awaits.
