In everyday language, ‘homing in’ is used figuratively to describe the process of focusing one's attention or efforts on a specific target, or goal.
With a play on words, I created Homing Inn as a place to do just that. It’s a place to slow down, to breathe, to home in on what truly matters.
Through a combination of breathwork and cold exposure, I help people reconnect with their mind and body in a way that's safe and effective.

As Singapore’s first certified Wim Hof Method™ Instructor, I’ve been sharing the power of breath and cold exposure since 2018.
Over the years, my journey has expanded to include complementary approaches like Oxygen Advantage™, and even the neuroscience of peak performance. This growing body of knowledge has deepened my practice and allowed me to bring a broader, more holistic approach to the way I teach.
Beyond the credentials, what matters most to me is making these tools simple, practical, and accessible to all.
We operate out of a cozy home studio, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our space offers comfort, privacy, and a sense of ease.
