What to Expect

Think about the device in your hand. Ten years ago it could barely hold a charge through a movie. Today it runs your business, your relationships, your money, and your sleep tracking, all at once, on a battery that lasts a day. Software has compounded that fast. So has the workload it has put on you. Your inbox at 9pm. The decision you are still turning over at 3am. The Slack ping during dinner that you answered before you noticed you were answering it.

You live in a 10,000 year old hardware designed to walk long distances, sleep in the dark, eat when there’s food, and escape large animals. The loop helps you detect threats, fire the alarm, sprint away, then stand by the river afterwards while the system settles.

❋ A Broken Loop

Threats today do not look like threats. They come in the form of calendar reminders, news headlines, and the bright screen you’re looking at right now up to 14 hours daily. Your body cannot tell the difference and fires the same alarm all the time, for years.

What This Is Not

This is not a wellness retreat. There is no journaling prompt about your inner child. No essential oils. No talk about cosmic energy.
This is performance engineering at the level of the nervous system. We use breathwork, cold exposure, and applied neuroscience to do one thing: train your body to spike under stress and recover fast. That recovery speed is what burnout actually steals. Most people have not felt a true parasympathetic state in years and have stopped knowing what it should feel like.
We give it back to you in two days, and we teach you the protocol to keep it.

Who This Is For

You run a team, a business, or a function with real stakes. You sleep poorly. Your BOLT score (the breath hold measurement we will run on Day 1) is probably under 20 seconds, which means your body is starving your brain of oxygen even when you are sitting still. You are functional. You are also fried.

You have probably tried meditation apps, retreats, supplements, or therapy. They helped at the surface. They did not reach the hardware.

Theory block: the three state nervous system, the CO2 myth, why "just relax" does not work.

Three rounds of structured breathwork. Most people double their BOLT score in a single session.

First cold exposure: full submersion ice bath with breath protocol coaching.

Day Two (Sunday)

Deep Protocol

The glymphatic system: how your brain cleans itself, why broken sleep is a structural problem, the 4am wake up explained.


Advanced breath work: Oxygen Advantage protocols for nasal dominance and night time recovery.


Second cold exposure, longer hold, deeper integration.


The 15 minute daily protocol you can run for the next 90 days without a studio, a mat, or a booking.


Closing: your personal Hardware Reset plan, written and signed.


You leave with a measurable BOLT score improvement, a written daily protocol, and a nervous system that has been through something harder than your week.

The Science in One Paragraph

The body cannot tell the difference between a marketing budget that is not working and a predator in the bushes. Both fire the amygdala. Both raise cortisol. Both shrink your prefrontal cortex temporarily and make you reactive instead of strategic.   

The work in this room is to train one system (the breath) to take command of the other (the autonomic nervous system) so you can choose your state instead of being chosen by it. 

The protocols we use are drawn from Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage, and applied performance neuroscience from Flow Research Collective. They are not new. The only new thing is that someone is sitting next to you while you do them, calibrating for your specific physiology.

  • No. The protocols are calibrated to your starting baseline. You will be challenged. You will not be unsafe.

  • Optional. The breath work is the primary intervention. The cold accelerates it. Skipping the ice does not invalidate the weekend.
