This comprehensive workshop is your introduction to the science and practice of functional breathing. The Oxygen Advantage® method is designed to improve how your body uses the oxygen you breathe. Instead of focusing on "big" breaths, you will learn techniques to re-train your breathing patterns for optimal health and fitness. It will give you the tools to increase your stamina, reduce breathlessness, and improve your overall well-being.
This workshop is a blend of theory and practice, and is facilitated by Chun, a certified Oxygen Advantage® instructor.

Measure your BOLT score — You'll be taught how to measure your "Body Oxygen Level Test" (BOLT) to get a clear baseline and track your progress.
