Our Commitment to You
At Homing Inn, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction. This policy outlines the process for returns and replacements, designed to be fair to both you, our valued customer, and our business.
This policy applies to all physical products (such as AMILI Probiotics, AMILI Gut Microbiome Test Kits, and Mindfold Masks) and services (such as workshops and coaching) sold on hominginn.sg.
Section 1: Physical Product Policy
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We will provide a replacement or refund for any items that are confirmed to be:
Damaged during shipping
Faulty or expired upon arrival
The incorrect item (not what you ordered)
How to Request a Replacement (Singapore & Overseas):
Contact Us Promptly: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Provide Proof: To help us assess the issue, please provide your order number and a clear image or video of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item and its packaging.
Assessment: We will review your submission. If the fault is determined to be on our part or that of our shipping partners, we will approve the replacement or refund.
Return Process for Damaged/Faulty Items:
For Customers in Singapore: After your replacement is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the damaged/faulty item at our cost for assessment. Our team will coordinate the pickup time and location with you.
For Overseas Customers: In most cases, a physical return will not be necessary if the photographic evidence clearly proves the product was damaged upon receipt. We will advise you if a return is required for assessment on a case-by-case basis.
Out of Stock Items:
If your approved replacement item is out of stock, we will offer you the choice of:
Waiting for the new stock to arrive; or
Receiving a full refund for the item.
Important Conditions (Hygiene & "Change of Mind"):
Hygiene & Safety: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on Probiotics, Gut Microbiome Test Kits, or Eyemasks if the item has been opened, used, or its original seals are broken (unless it is confirmed to be faulty as described above).
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" purchases. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Section 2: Services Policy (Workshops, Coaching, etc.)
All service bookings, including but not limited to workshops, coaching sessions, and ice baths, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact us at +65 88874874 at least 6 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule you for a future session, subject to availability.
No-Show:
If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice (a "no-show"), your booking will be considered used and is not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
